土耳其籍學人Sencer Imer 博士於108年09月02日報到，他是土耳其哈西德配大學( Hacettepe University Department of International Relations ) 教授，研究主題為「The Technology Policies of Taiwan」，研究期間為108年09月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學 中東與中亞研究碩士學位學程。
