NCL’s new “Document Delivery Service” during epidemic prevention period
The NCL provides new “Document Delivery Service (DDS)” during the epidemic prevention period. From now on until the end of May, the general public and visiting scholars can make DDS requests online, and the NCL will have the requested document delivered to your address.

When you apply, please add (SCHOLAR) behind your name
(2) Who can use the service: General public and international visiting scholars
(3) Service period: From now on until the May 31, 2020 (subject to change)
(4) Document types: Primarily journal articles, theses or dissertations in the NCL’s physical print collection. If the requested materials are in the public domain or have been authorized by the copyright owners, they can be scanned and delivered electronically to your e-mail.
(5) Processing time: 3 working days after submission of application. Allow additional days for postal delivery.
(6) You will get an e-mail when the material is ready for pick-up; then you can either:
1. bring your pick-up number provided in the e-mail and pick up the material at NCL’s Library Card application desk on the 2ndFloor, OR
2. request the material to be sent to your address.
(7) Please note:
1. The NCL and DDS applicants must comply with the Copyright Law of the Republic of China.
2. The material is available at the pick-up desk for 7 days.
