巴西籍學人Giorgio Romano Schutte教授於109年10月19日報到，他是巴西聖保羅ABC聯邦大學教授，研究主題為「Future Scenarios for Taiwan in the Era of China-US Dispute for Hegemony」，研究期間為109年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學。
