印度籍學人 Rajagopal Devara 博士於111年4月18日報到，他是印度工商業最重要大州Maharashtra州財政廳副廳長，研究主題為「Quest for Super Power: Aspirational Or Competitive? Re-examining the attributes of Super Power debate vis-à-vis China」，研究期間為111年4月至7月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國家發展研究所。
