Visiting scholar, Mr. Lucio III Pitlo has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 13, 2023. He is a Philippines scholar who is a lecturer at Asia-Pacific Pathways to Progress Foundation, Philippines. Mr. Patole's research period in Taiwan is from January to December, at Department of Diplomacy and College of International Affairs' Center for Foreign Policy Studies, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Can the New Southbound Policy Help Nearshore Taiwan's Chip Supply Chain to Southeast Asia for Resilience?".
