Visiting scholar, Dr. Precious Tobechlikwu Toby Nwachukwu has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 18, 2023. He is a Nigerian scholar who is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Pretoria, South Africa. Dr. Nwachukwu's research period in Taiwan is from February to December, at Graduate Institute of Environmental Education, National Taiwan Normal University. His research topic is "Cross-Strait Relationship within the Confines of Ethical Leadership Patterns and the Future of Taiwan Development and Sovereignty".
