Visiting scholar, Mr. Ming Shi (史明) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 02, 2023. He is a German scholar who is a senior journalist at Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, ARD, Germany. Mr. Shi's research period in Taiwan is from March to May, at Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica. His research topic is "Taiwan and the Chinese-speaking diaspora in Europe and the world: The Impetus for political debates about Democracy and freedom?".
