He is a Venezuelan scholar who is an Associate Research Fellow at Center for American Studies, Central University of Venezuela. Dr. Reyes Cardona's research period in Taiwan is from June to November, at Department of Global Politics and Economics, Tamkang University. His research topic is "Communist China and Its Implications of its Penetration in the Americas, a Look Beyond the Spectacularity of the Big Numbers".
