美國籍學人 李榭熙 （Joseph Tse-Hei Lee）教授於113年1月18日報到，他是美國佩斯大學（Pace University, USA）教授，研究主題為「Taiwan and Christian Broadcast in the Battle of the Cold War Airwaves」，研究期間為113年1月至7月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院近代史研究所（Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica）。
