烏克蘭籍學人Alina Zubkovych博士於113年3月12日報到，她是基輔經濟學院（Kyiv School of Economics, Ukraine）助理教授，研究主題為「Perspectives of Ukraine-Taiwan Cooperation」，研究期間為113年3月至5月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學俄羅斯研究所（Graduate Institute of Russian Studies, National Chengchi University）。
