Visiting scholar, Prof. Michael Tumanut has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on August 1, 2025. He is a Filipino scholar who is an associate professor at the National College of Public Administration & Governance, University of the Philippines, Philippines. Prof. Tumanut’s research period in Taiwan is from August to December, at the College of Social Sciences, National Taiwan University. His research topic is "Taiwan-Philippines Sister Cities: Goals, Strategies and Opportunities".
