Visiting scholar, Prof. Nian-tzu Cockel has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on August 1, 2025. She is an English scholar who is an associate professor at the University of Portsmouth, UK. Prof. Cockel’s research period in Taiwan is from August to September, and in December, at The Department of Taiwanese Literature, National Cheng Kung University. Her research topic is "Sowing the Seed for Food, Development and Friendship? The Overseas Aid of the World Vegetable Centre in Taiwan".
