Visiting scholar, Mr. Plamen Tonchev has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on September 12, 2025. He is a Greek scholar who is a think tank director at the Institute Of International Economic Relations, Athens, Greece. Mr. Tonchev’s research period in Taiwan is from September to November, at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). His research topic is "China's Reaction to the Exchange of Visits of European and ROC Dignitaries: Patterns and Trends".
