Visiting scholar, Dr. Teodoro Lloydon Bautista has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on October 7, 2025. He is a Filipino scholar who is a researcher at the Philippine Public Safety College, Philippines. Dr. Bautista’s research period in Taiwan is from October to December, at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). His research topic is "Cyberattacks, Cybercrimes, and Cognitive Warfare: Institutionalizing Digital Forensics and its Architecture for Implementation in the Philippines".
