Visiting scholar, Prof. Oded Abt (歐克德) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on October 14, 2025. He is an Israeli scholar who is an assistant professor at the Tel Hai Academic College, Israel. Dr. Abt’s research period in Taiwan is from October to December, at the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica. His research topic is "Cross-Strait Allegiances and the Philippines Muslim-Chinese Five Surname Association海峽兩岸的政治效忠與菲律賓華人清真五姓聯宗總會".
