Visiting scholar, Manoj Kumar Panigrahi (潘孟吉) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 8, 2025. He is an Indian scholar who is an associate researcher at OP Jindal Global University, India. Prof. Panigrahi’s research period in Taiwan is from January to December, at the Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Cross-Strait Dynamics: India's Engagement in the Region".
