Visiting scholar, Adria Harillo Pla (艾德利亞) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 15, 2025. He is a Spanish scholar who is a foreign research mediator at the São Paulo State University (unesp), Brazil. Mr. Harillo Pla's research period in Taiwan is from January to December, at the Center for Futures Intelligence and Research (CFAR), Tamkang University. His research topic is "The 'Black Box' Strategy: How TSMC's Distributed Tacit Knowledge Underpins Taiwan's 'Peace Through Strength' in the 21st Century".
