Visiting scholar, Emanuel Riem (任恩道) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 21, 2025. He is a Swiss scholar who is a PhD student at the University of Basel, Switzerland. Dr. Riem's research period in Taiwan is from January to December, at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). His research topic is "The Values Guiding ROC-PRC Relations".
