Visiting scholar, Andreea Budeanu (柏安安) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 3, 2025. She is a French scholar who is a post doctorial researcher at the Center for Security, Diplomacy and Strategy, VUB Brussels University, Belgium. Dr. Budeanu's research period in Taiwan is from February to May, at the Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is "Europe in Taiwan's Technological Power Imaginary: A Study of Perception Genesis and (mis)Match with EU Self-Image (2016-2025)".
