Visiting scholar, Casmir Mbaegbu has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 11, 2025. He is a Nigerian scholar who is a post doctoral researcher at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria. Dr. Mbaegbu's research period in Taiwan is from February to December, at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Reframing Taiwan’s Para-Diplomatic Relations Amidst China's Threat in the Developing Countries: Whither Techno-Diplomacy for African States?".
