Visiting scholar, Alwin Aguirre has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 10, 2026. He is a Filippino scholar who is a professor at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines. Prof. Aguirre’s research period in Taiwan is from March to May, at the College of Communication, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Beyond In-Betweenness in Hypercomplexity: Diasporic Media Lives of Filipinos in Taiwan".
