Visiting scholar, Prakash Panneerselvam has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 9, 2026. He is an Indian scholar who is an assistant professor at the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), India. Prof. Panneerselvam's research period in Taiwan is from April to July, at the Advanced Research Center for Humanities and Social Science, National Chung Hsing University. His research topic is "India-Japan Cooperation, Taiwan's Strategic Geography, and the Future of a Rule-Based Order in the Indo-Pacific".
