Visiting scholar, Alicja Halina Bachulska has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on May 5, 2026. She is a Polish scholar who is a researcher at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Dr. Bachulska's research period in Taiwan is from May to July, at the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica. Her research topic is "How can Taiwan's Whole-Of-Society Resilience-Building Efforts Inform the Security Debate in Central and Eastern Europe?".
