南非學人Muneer Abduroaf於115年7月7日報到，他是南非西開普大學（University of the Western Cape, South Africa）的副教授，研究主題為「Application of Islamic Law in Taiwan」，研究期間為115年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學法律學院（College of Law, National Taiwan University）。
