波蘭學人寶蓮娜（Paulina Zofia Uznanska）於115年9月3日報到，她是波蘭東歐研究中心（Centre for Eastern Studies, Poland）的研究員，研究主題為「Semiconductor Cooperation Between Taiwan and Central and Eastern Europe. Strategic Opportunities, Supply Chain Resilience, and Geopolitical Implications」，研究期間為115年9月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University）。
