Visiting scholar, Gisèle Yasmeen has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on September 8, 2026. She is a Canadian scholar who is an associate professor at the McGill University (Max Bell School), Canada. Prof. Yasmeen's research period in Taiwan is from September to December, at the International Ph.D. Program in Indigenous Studies, National Dong Hwa University. Her research topic is "Taiwan's Food Sovereignty as an Issue of Resilience and National Security: Policy and Program Mapping".
