德國學人Thomas Greven於115年9月8日報到，他是德國柏林自由大學（FU Berlin, Germany）的副教授，研究主題為「Radical Right Polarization, Sharp Power, and Digital Resilience」，研究期間為115年9月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系（Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University）。
