美國籍學人陳鼎博士於103年6月6日至本中心報到，陳鼎博士現為美國紐澤西州拉馬坡學院助理教授，其研究主題為The Changing Interpretations of "One China" and Cross-Strait Relations，研究期間為民國103年6至9月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治學系。
