Mr. Richard Turcsanyi is a Slovak scholar who is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Institute of Asian Studies, Slovakia. His research topic is “What Power Politics? The Nature of Power Relations in the East Asia and the Position of the Republic of China (Taiwan).” His research period is from August to December, 2014. His host institute in Taiwan is Institute is Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University.
