俄羅斯籍學人Alexey Semenov先生於104年1月6日報到，他是俄羅斯科學院遠東研究所博士生，研究主題為「Development of Democratic Processes in the PRC: Elements of Taiwanese Experience」，研究期間為104年1月至12月，在臺駐點機構為淡江大學公共行政學系。
