澳大利亞籍學人柳墉昱（Ryu Yongwook）博士於104年1月9日報到，他是澳洲國立大學研究員，研究主題為「Trading with China: Strategic Implications of ECFA and RCEP」，研究期間為104年1月至9月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
