德國籍學人施美白（May-Britt Stumbaum）教授於104年3月10日報到，她是柏林自由大學教授，研究主題為「Non-Traditional Security Challenges by Taiwan and Asia Pacific countries in the Region and in Cooperation with the European Union」，研究期間為104年3月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系。
