越南籍學人Ngoc Nhu Truc Lam女士於6月2日報到，她是越南巴地頭頓大學博士生，研究主題為「Taiwan's Geostrategic Position in the Relationship between China and the United States」，研究期間為104年6月至9月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
