美國籍學人駱格德(Grand Rhode)研究員於6月17日報到，他是美國波士頓大學研究員，研究主題為「Taiwan's Approach to Maritime Disputes in the East China Sea with Implications for the South China Sea」，研究期間為104年6月至10月，在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會高等學院。
