越南籍學人Thi Hai Yen Tran (陳氏海燕)女士於7月11日報到，她是越南社會科學院博士生，研究主題為「Promoting the Role of Taiwan in Development of CLMV Countries in the New Context」，研究期間為105年7月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國家圖書館漢學研究中心。
