Visiting scholar Prof. Shiela Mae Quero has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 29, 2017. Prof. Quero is a Filipino fellow who is currently an Associate Professor at West Visayas State University, the Philippines. Her research period is from April to December, 2017. Her research topic is "Increasing the Awareness and Appreciation of Taiwan's History, Culture, and People through a Storybook." Her host institute in Taiwan is Institute of Social Research and Cultural Studies, National Chiao Tung University.
