印度籍學人Prema Rajagopalan教授於9月12日報到，她是印度理工學院副教授，研究主題為「Women, Science and Society : A Study in Republic of China」，研究期間為106年9月至11月，在臺駐點機構為國立高雄海洋大學海洋工程學院。
